We want you to love your Mama products as much as we love designing them, so we will happily offer a refund within 7 days of receipt of your item/s.
However please note:
- Item/s must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with tags intact.
- Refund will be for purchase amount minus shipping charges if it was sent with ‘free shipping’ and any fees and charges incurred for the processing of your payment.
- Please email email@example.com for a Returns Authority # if you wish to return any item/s, stating the reason for return.
- You will need to cover the costs of return postage and it is advisable that you choose a trackable method as a refund can only be processed upon receipt of the item.
- Exchanges may be offered if the item/s is available – please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange. Please note you will need to include a pre-paid self-addressed satchel in your return for the exchange item to be posted in.
- We do not offer return or exchange on sale items, so please choose carefully as the purchase is final.
- We take care in checking all items prior to sending out, however, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please email email@example.com with details so that a refund can be considered and processed.
- Items will need to be received within 30 days of customer receiving the purchase.
**Please note fair wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be refunded.
